There's a number of options for mobile payment platforms and devices. Some platforms have proprietary gear you need to purchase, monthly fees, etc - so do your research to see what works best for you.

☑ POWER BANK
On the go or at the convention, you've got devices that need power but yer not always near an available wall socket. Just double-check you can bring it on an airplane (some are TOO powerful). There's new models on the market everyday so read those reviews!

☑ ACCORDION FOLDERS
A convenient way to store, separate, protect, and transport prints. They've got standard size (8x10) and large format (11x17) folders. Just be careful of over-stuffing them, it may bend or damage the corners of your prints.

☑ PLASTIC SLEEVES
Optional protection for prints. There's some really cheap options like 3-ring binder sleeves, or (pricier) sturdier hard plastic sleeves. Carry them or not, just expect folks to ask if you have any.

Very much a WIP!
A goofy lil checklist / guide for those getting into the convention space. Nothing is sponsored or monetized or advertised. It's just info and a fun excuse for me to play with html and new css features.
The information that will be provided here is a combination of advice, suggestions, lessons learned, and all that jazz from a lovely talented group of voice actors I got to hang out with at the Queen City Anime convention: Drew Breedlove, Emma Breezy, Corey Levier, Elsie Lovelock, Skye Redden, Jonah Scott, Sam Slade, and Rebecca Wang.
A LOT MORE INFO COMING, like stuff related to airlines and travel, etc.
